The WORTH Partnership Project creates and supports transnational collaborations between fashion designers, creatives, manufacturing enterprises (SMEs) and technology firms looking to develop design-driven and innovative products in the areas of Fashion/textile, Footwear, Furniture/home decoration, Leather/fur, Jewellery and Accessories.
Koen actively promoted the first two calls for the program, helping to secure several of the 80 Dutch projects submitted (and 25 of which got awarded). Invited by the Worth consortium, he also acted as one of the evaluators for projects in the second open call and presented his “Five ingredients for a successful partnership project” on stage during the Worth weekend in Valancia. As the winning projects move into the development stage, Koen will mentor three of them during their 12-month support program offered by Worth.
